On October 14th, a training was held for the staff of our laboratory.
The guiding theme is: "New standardization requirements for the sampling and preparation of samples from the food chain for microbiological testing in accordance with PN-EN ISO 6887-1 to 6".
- the status of PN-EN ISO 6887-1 to -6;
- the importance of the stage of sampling and preparation of test samples for microbiological analysis of food;
- legal requirements and recognition bodies in the collection and preparation of food samples for microbiological examination.
The training was organized by company of the A2K CeNT Scientific and Technical Center.
